Adhikari has deep insight into the business of Industrial rubber products and global business of Conveyor Belt market and associated technologies.

P. N. BAKSI

Technical Advisor of Synergy is a Mechanical Engineer with specialization in process plant, with long years of experience. He worked for ACC Vickers Babcok Ltd. and later for Gansons Ltd. His last assignment was with Kinetic Technology India Limited- a Mannesmann Demag subsidiary as the Vice President of Manufacturing .

A. K. BASU

As Director of Synergy, A. K. Basu handles Consultancy, Engineering and Technology Marketing business of the Company. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calcutta, he was trained abroad. He has over three decades of professional experience in Project Engineering, Consultancy and execution of projects in the area of Mining, Mineral Beneficiation, Material Handling, Mineral Processing Industries, Cement Technology and Industrial Chemical Projects. He worked with Development Consultants Limited and headed the Chemical, Minerals, Cement and Mining Cells.

S. K. ACHARIYA

S. K. Achariya manages the Conveyor Accessories business of the Company. A Graduate of Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Calcutta, he has been working in the Mining Industry with specialization in Mineral Processing and Beneficiaition. Before joining Synergy, S. K. Achariya worked with Hindustan Copper Limited as Dy.General Manager and with Radiant Industries Limited as General Manager.

R. ISING

R. Ising holds Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering of Pedebron University of Germany. He has thirty years of experience behind him in industry for furnace building and industrial combustion technology. R. Ising heads as Managing Director, Ising Consulting manned by specialized engineers in chemicals, rubber and Industrial products. Ising Consulting based in Arnsberg, is engaged in technology transfer between India and Europe.

A. K. MALLIK

A. K. Mallik, a metallurgist, heads the marketing operation of Synergy in Central India. He specialized in steel production and marketing with wide experience in working with Bhilai Steel Plant and Sunflag Industries. He is also a specialist in Crushing and Screening technology.
