Synergy manufactures Belt Vulcanizing Machines. These machines are suitable for splicing and jointing of Steel Cord Belt, Textile Carcass Belt and Steep Angle Belt. Generally available up to 2400 mm. belt width but special range is also offered.  

Our range of machines are built on the concept of a light weight structure with separable components, given the fact that the belt splicing station in an operating plant could be located at a difficult terrain. The combination platens are designed on the basis of optimal use and power saving. The vulcanizing pressure are designed to suit all carcass construction and the splice area is generally recommended as per the following table.

» External Scraper

» Internal Scraper

While conveyor materials, spillages invariably occur on to the inner belt loop at feed points and conveyor paths. Such fallen materials get trapped between belt and tail/ take-up pulley and need to be cleaned to prevent carry-back of materials that tend to damage pulley surface and belt cover. Such accumulation also leads to excess current consumed by motor.

Moreover, carry back can also build up on pulley and on return idlers, causing vibration and increase in dynamic load on the bearings leading to diverse operational problems.

Synergy offers technically superior, better designed belt scrapers for efficient operation of belt conveyor system reducing downtime and eliminating hazards. External belt scrapers are meant for cleaning the carrying side of conveyor  belt.

» Chain Scraper  With Rotary Cleaner

Spillage generated in the return run of the belt conveyor is required to be transferred to the discharge hoppers, which otherwise created handling problem specially when the material is sticky in nature. The chain scrapers engineered by Synergy can effectively solve this problem.

Synergy offers impact pads for very low co-efficient of friction, highabration resistance, high impact absorption and effective support to the conveyor belts.

The cradles on which the pads are fixed follows a unique design based on our experience and impact requirement. The pads are made of profiles that are combination of UHMW (Ultra Height Molecular Weight) and Wear Resistant rubber of required mechanical properties. The pads are available in various combination thicknesses appropriate to a working condition. Installation services are available from synergy for mechanical structure and the pads.

Spillage in bulk material handling system is a perennial problem, particularly at transfer points. Conventional rubber was being used until recently.
