Skirt Sealing System
Spillage in bulk material handling system is a perennial problem, particularly at transfer points. Conventional rubber was being used until recently. Belt Scrapers
Effective Belt cleaning is integral to a belt conveyor system. Absence of proper cleaning system results in excess carry back of bulk materials leading to spillage, vibration, increasing dynamic load on bearings and heavy accumulation which interferes with plant operation and exposes personnel to hazards. Impact Bar

Pulley Lagging
Synergy offres pulley lagging rubber for all types of conveyor pulleys. The elements are available with plain finish as well as diamond and herring-bone grooves in specific dimensions and with special formulations for heat, fire and oil resistant applications.

Wear resistant and Flow Promoting Liners
The lining of hoppers, bunkers and chutes appears to be deceptively simple but can lead to serious operational hazards unless due attention is given to important factors governing correct selection of lining materials. The range includes : Wear resistant Rubber Liners, UHMW Hi Flow Polymer Liners and Polyurethane Liners.

Belt Vulcanizing Machine
Synergy markets in India, Belt Vulcanizing Machines manufactured by Kunneth & Knochel of Neuss, Germany. These machines are suitable for splicing and jointing of Steel Cord Belt, Textile Carcass Belt and Steep Angle Belt. Generally available upto 2400 mm. belt width but special range is also offered.

Elevator Belt System

Vacuum Filter Belt
Synergy markets and services Vacuum Filter Belts used in fertilizer and chemical industry. Such belts are available upto the width of 3400 mm. and are manufactured by Phoenix CBS GmbH of Germany.

Specialized Tubes
Synergy exclusively markets the entire range of Tubes, Pipe forming, Bending etc. manufactured by Tube-Tec Rohrverformungstechnik GmbH of Germany. The product range includes Helical Coils, Flat Coils, Spirals, Half pipe coil jackets, Elbows, Pipelines and components for Steam Boilers. These products have specialized application in Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Mining, Power Plants and Boiler Industries.
