Adhikari was with Hilton Rubbers as Vice President (Trellex) and Chief Executive (Wear Resistant Products). K. S. Adhikari has deep insight into the business of material handling engineering sector  and global business of Conveyor Belt market and associated technology.

S. K. Achariya manages the Conveyor Accessories business of the Company. A Graduate of Metallurgical Engineering from The University of Calcutta, he has been working in the Mining Industry with specialization in Mineral Processing and Beneficiation. Before joining Synergy, S. K. Achariya worked with Hindustan Copper Limited as Dy.General Manager and with Radiant Industries Limited as General Manager.

R. Ising holds Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering of Paderborn University of Germany. He has long experience behind him in industry for furnace building and industrial combustion technology. R. Ising heads as Managing Director, Ising Consulting, Arnsberg Germany, offers  technical assistance to Synergy in the area of product development and sourcing.

The Head of Application Engineering, Mr. Barai is an experienced professional in the field of material handling technology and wear resistant products.

Mr. Dattar is the principal technologist in the area of belt vulcanizing machine. He is the founder of Dattar Brand Portable Belt Vulcanizing Machine in India.

B. Bhattacharjee is a B.Tech with Management Education from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) responsible for market development activities as well as handling of new projects for Synergy.

Mr. Adhikari who heads the marketing operations of Synergy Group in Mumbai is a professional with decade of experience in marketing industrial chemicals with Hindustan Lever.

Works manager. Mr. Gangopadhaya, a Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of experience in machine building, is responsible for production of Vulcanising machines and conveyor accessories.

Mr Basu, an Electronic Engineer , offers technical services to customers.

S. Dutta is responsible for handling communications for the company.

S. Baliar is responsible for handling internal accounts.

S. Das is responsible for taxation and day to day audit.

Mrs. S. Ghosh located at the company's Mumbai office is responsible for internal communications between the offices.
