Belt Winder is used for changing oldConveyor Belt with a new one simultaneously using minimal man-power in a controlled manner.

Plug – n – Play device for managing the Belt Safely at site and eliminate any chances of Accident.

Can additionally be used for coiling old Conveyor Belts for stocking and disposal.

Coiler/Winder/Reeler

• Electrically operated Squirrel-cage Motor along with suitable gear-box for direct drive
• The drive system is designed to provide constant linear speed.
• Robust structure specifically designed as per individual site requirement.
• Winding shafts for Winder to suit square opening of the drums.
• Comes with split type Plummer block for easy removal of belt drums.

De-Coiler / Un-Winder
